Before you start your application please ensure you have the following information ready

To apply for a place at OLSH College Bentleigh, please complete the online Application for Enrolment form for each child and pay a non-refundable application fee (via Credit card or EFT) of $100.00 per student. Please upload the following documents while completing the form if applicable,

• Birth Certificate or Registry of Birth
• Student’s photograph
• Baptismal certificate (if baptised)
• Most recent school report and NAPLAN results if available
• All visa approval documentation from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection
• Court orders including family court orders, intervention orders and legal parenting agreements

If you are unable to pay the enrolment fee electronically, please complete the online enrolment application and follow the instructions in the Payment section regarding cash payments.

This form should take you approximately 30 minutes to complete providing you have all supporting information at hand.
